Breast Cancer Walk
More than 60,000 women, men, children and even pets stood ready to begin the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in downtown Orlando, FL. Thousands donned pink shirts, wigs, tutus and banners to celebrate survivorship. Survivors proudly wore a banner as a symbol of beating the disease that affects 1 in 8 women. The goal of the 3.1-mile walk was to raise money for research, prevention and treatment programs for patients. MDB Services, proudly participated on the team Tutus for Tatas. Close to $1 million was raised for the disease which is the most common cancer in women worldwide.
“Of all the 5ks I have done in my life this was by far the biggest and best, I was honored to be a part of the solution to raise money and awareness” Lynn C.
